Before closets, Josh built football programs — including years as a head coach at Canal Winchester High School. The habits that win seasons are the ones that run this studio: preparation, accountability, and a team that shows up. Josh leads design consultations at our Tremont Center showroom and stays hands-on from the first measurement to the final walkthrough.

Lisa Theado
Every project has a hundred moving parts, and Lisa owns all of them. She runs scheduling, budgets, and billing — which is why your quote is clear, your invoice matches it, and your install lands on the day we said it would. When you call Cap City, an owner picks up.

Seth leads our in-house installation team — the reason most projects finish in one to two days. No subcontractors, no strangers in your home: the crew that measures your space is the crew that builds it, and Seth holds that standard on every job.

A national franchise designer sees your home once. Ours drive past it. We know which Upper Arlington streets have plaster walls and which Dublin subdivisions came with wire shelving in the primary. That local memory shows up in the design — we've solved the same low-ceiling attic dormer, the same awkward corner off a 1950s hallway, the same "there's a chase behind that wall" surprise more times than we can count.
