No pressure, no script — we either fit, or we'll tell you who does. What to bring Nothing — we bring the tape, the laser, and the finish samples. What to bring Bring whoever shares the closet. What to bring Clear the space the night before. We handle the rest — drop cloths, vacuum, haul-away, and a final walk-through before we leave. Timeline ## Six weeks, _give or take_. From the first call to the day we hand you back the room. 1. Week 0 ~1 hour on-site Consultation Discovery call, then an in-home measure with your designer. Step 01 / 04 2. Weeks 1–2 ~10 days Design & Reveal Walk your space in 3D at the showroom. Revise finishes on the spot. Step 02 / 04 3. Weeks 3–5 2–3 weeks Build Panels cut, edge-banded, and QC'd in our Columbus shop. Step 03 / 04 4. Weeks 4–6 1–2 days Install We hang, level, and tune every drawer — then clean up behind us. Step 04 / 04 After Install ## And after install, _you're covered._ Every Cap City Closets project is backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty on panels, hardware, and workmanship for as long as the original owner owns the home — plus a 2-year labor warranty on any warranty repairs.
